Work Scheduling
A time slot for work on site may be discussed at the first meeting and provisionally held. These dates are confirmed when the quotation is agreed and a deposit payment is received.

Quotation/Payments
The quotation is fully itemised and the final cost agreed and signed before work can commence. The payments are broken down into four stage payments, from deposit through to retention payment.

On Site
A meeting is scheduled for the first day of works on site. This gives the client a chance to see the plan marked out on the ground and agree everything before the first sod is cut. The team are briefed and introduced at this stage.

Planting
Plant styles are discussed with the designer during the planning stage. The plants are selected and set out by the designer, which means a planting plan is not necessary. If a planting plan is required, this can be produced with cost confirmed upon request.

Aftercare
A final snagging meeting is completed with advice on the care of the garden discussed. We are also available for further seasonal maintenance if necessary.
