• agree fees and next appointment

DESIGN PROPOSALS
• detailed, scaled and annotated plan
• coloured and laminated for protection
• fully itemised quotation for implementation
• view samples of materials proposed
• discuss planting styles and themes
• agree schedule of work
• approximately 1.5 hours

If further changes are required to the design, this can be carried out following this meeting.

COST
The cost of the plan is discussed and agreed at the first meeting. Costs are dependent on the size and scale of design involved. The average cost is £350.
